But here's what most people don't know about me.
Before real estate, I spent years in corporate sales and finance — including time as a Mortgage Specialist at RBC and Key Account Manager at Genworth Canada. I understood mortgages, risk, and financing before I ever sold my first home. When I made the move to real estate in 2005, I brought all of that with me. It's part of why I can give you advice that most agents simply can't.
I got into this business because I genuinely love helping people. And I've stayed in it because of the relationships. Most of my clients come through referrals or come back when it's time for their next move. That means more to me than any award on my wall.
I know this market inside and out. I'll tell you what you need to hear — not just what you want to hear. It comes from trust and experience. And it's the only way I know how to do this job.
